2020 Ticket Refund / Rollover FAQ...
In light of the cancellation of the 2020 LRK3DE due to COVID-19 containment measures, ticket purchasers for the 2020 Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event and the Kentucky CSI3* Invitational Grand Prix have the following two refund options:
Option 1: Receive a Full Refund
Option 2: Rollover your 2020 ticket purchase to the 2021 Event (dates: April 22-25). Those who elect to rollover their 2020 purchase will be able to retain their same seat selection for 2021.

Q. If I want to rollover my 2020 tickets to the 2021 event, do I need to do anything?
A. Yes! Please click this link and fill out the form to let us know that you want to rollover your 2020 tickets to 2021.
Q. I didn’t fill out the form for my order, will I get a refund?
A. Yes, You will get a refund on July 15, but if you fill out the form it could be earlier.
Q. I haven’t received my refund, when will I receive it?
A. We are refunding as tickets were bought. After the refund form is filled out, here is the schedule for refunds.
May 15 refunds will include orders from 200031287 through 205629327.
June 15 refunds will include orders from 205629328 through 208800676.
July 15 refunds will include orders from 208800677 through 211904341.
Q. Can I do a partial refund or can I combine a refund and rollover on the same order?
A. No, you must either refund all of your tickets or rollover all your tickets on an order-per-order basis.
Q. If I made two orders, can I get a refund of one and rollover the other?
A. Yes, you can get a refund for one of your orders and keep the other order for 2021.
Q. Will I get a refund for everything in the order?
A. Yes, all items (hospitality, tickets, parking, headsets and programs) and fees will be refunded.
Q. Can I roll over my programs, headsets and parking for 2021 with my tickets?
A. Yes, all items in each order will be rolled over to 2021.
Q. Will I get an email after I send in my request?
A. Yes, we are working on the confirmations. Confirmation emails will be sent after we get the majority of the ticket holders’ responses.
Q. I ordered 2020 tickets but did not receive the email to request a refund or rollover my tickets. What do I do?
A. Unfortunately, some email companies will mark our messages as spam. (For example, if you use a company such as EarthLink you won’t get our email unless you white list our email.) To process your ticket request, simply click this link and fill out the form to let us know whether you want to rollover your 2020 tickets to 2021 or would like a full refund.
Q. I can’t find my order / confirmation number on my tickets. Can you help?
A. Please email [email protected] with the name and email the tickets were ordered under and let him know you need your order / confirmation number.
Q. I need to get a refund for my tickets, but I would like to make a donation to EEI.
A. You can make a donation to EEI here. As a thank you, you will be able to order your tickets before they go online to the rest of the public.
