EEI Charity Fundraising Dinner & Auction
The EEI Charity Fundraising Dinner has become an annual must-attend event benefiting the LRK3DE official charity of the year. The Official Charity of the 2020 Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event presented by MARS Equestrian is Grayson-Jockey Club Research Foundation, the nation’s leading source of private funding for equine medical research that benefits all breeds of horses.
Since 1983, the Grayson-Jockey Club Research Foundation has provided more than $27.5 million to fund 366 projects at 44 universities in North America and overseas. Through the years, research funded by Grayson-Jockey Club Research Foundation and its predecessor (the Grayson Foundation) has uncovered solutions to critical problems affecting horse health as well as clues to numerous other solutions of equine health issues.
The 2020 EEI Charity Fundraising Dinner and Auction for Grayson-Jockey Club Research Foundation is a farm-to-table dinner and equine-themed silent and live auctions on Thursday, April 23, after the day’s LRK3DE competition. The dinner will be held at Kentucky Horse Park neighbor Spy Coast Farm, a beautiful 800-acre farm on Ironworks Pike in Lexington.
This is a ticketed event with limited availability and ticket proceeds going to Grayson-Jockey Club Research Foundation.
Additionally, EEI hosts the $225,000 Kentucky CSI3* Invitational Grand Prix, which runs Saturday afternoon, April 25, after the LRK3DE Cross-Country competition. $1 from every Grand Prix ticket sold will also go to the charity.
