Partners for Youth, a non-profit charity based in Lexington that works with at-risk youth, has been named the Official Charity of the 2014 Kentucky Three-Day Event. For the first time ever, the Kentucky Three-Day Event will include a team challenge! The Dubarry of Ireland Nations Team Challenge will award $20,000 in prize money, while helping national teams prepare for the team competition at the 2014 World Equestrian Games this summer. Details here.
We’re offering two Military Days this year – Thursday and Friday, April 24-25. In honor and celebration of their service, all current and former military personnel (in uniform or with a military ID) and their families, get free admission and seating on April 24 & 25, for the Kentucky Three-Day Event and Kentucky Reining Cup (on Friday). College Day is on Friday (April 25) this year. All college students with a Kentucky student ID (any college in Kentucky) get free admission and seating on Friday for the Kentucky Three-Day Event.
