Stay in the right lane and continue on the drive.  As you approach the roundabout, you will be directed by parking personnel to preferred parking spaces.

Admission to Event:  Patron Club Admission Tickets provide admission to The Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event for all four days.  Print-at-Home tickets will be good for admission to the park and into the tent each day. The bottom section of each ticket will be scanned at the entrance gate and in the Patron Club tent.  A wristband will be given at the tent for re-admittance to the tent.

Patron Club Tent Admission/Food & Beverage Service:  Staff at the entrance to the Patron Club Tent scan the admission ticket. You will be fitted with a Patron Club wristband for that day. This wristband will provide continuous admittance to the Patron Club Tent and identification for bar/beverage service, daily lunch Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and brunch Sunday. Children under 3 accompanied by a Patron Club ticket holder may enter the Patron Club Tent.

The Patron Club Tent is located on the south side of the Rolex Stadium. The Patron Club Tent overlooks the Rolex Stadium, where the Dressage and Show Jumping Test for Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event are held. As you pass through the entry gate, follow Rolex Way alongside the lake to the arena. Turn right on the paved road at the end of the lake dam and look for the tent signage.

You may have access to the Patron Club Tent beginning at 8 a.m. daily for coffee, hot tea, yogurt & fruit and granola bars.  Complimentary bar/beverage service is available in the Patron Club Tent Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.  Lunch is served in the Patron Club Tent from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday.  Brunch is served Sunday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Friday and Saturday Grand Prix Hospitality in the Patron Club Tent can be purchased for $100 when bought with a Patron Club Pass.  If you did not purchase a Grand Prix Hospitality package with your Patron Plus ticket, please call the Box office to add this ticket to your order.  Bar and Beverage service will be available and a selection of snacks will be served during the Grand Prix.

Closed-circuit televisions will be located in the Patron Club Tent to provide viewing at any location in the tent.  Commentary on the Dressage and Jumping Tests can be heard at these monitors.

Dogs:  While dogs are welcome at Rolex Kentucky, they must be kept on a leash, and with the exception of certified guide or assistance dogs, are not permitted in the Patron Club Tent or any of the Rolex Stadium Seats.

The Lexington Humane Society will offer a day care station where your dog will be looked after for a minimum donation of $10.00/hour or $40.00 for the day.  Dogs staying at the Lexington Humane Society station will need to have their vaccination record available to be shown to the caretakers. Don’t forget to bring toys, treats, favorite comfort item, etc. You will need a photo ID to pick up your dog (this is to ensure that no unauthorized person can pick up your dog).

There will be no special parking concessions for vehicles containing dogs, and distressed dogs will be removed from vehicles, by whatever means necessary, by the Lexington Humane Society/Event Security.  Please don’t allow dogs to foul areas in the Trade Fair, Sponsor Village or other public places.

Official Event Program:  Each Patron Club subscriber receives a complimentary Official Event Program. These may be collected from the Welcome Table inside the entrance to the Patron Club Tent. You will be asked for the name in which the order was placed. This will be checked against the master list and you will receive the number of Programs applicable to your order.

Dressage/Stadium Jumping Commentary Headsets:  Headsets ordered in advance can be picked up at the Headset Rental Booth next to the Event Box Office inside the Rolex Stadium.  Headsets ordered for Thursday, Friday and/or Sunday can be picked up beginning Thursday morning at 8. Headsets ordered for Sunday only will be available for pickup Sunday morning after 10. If any are available after advance sales closed, they may be rented at the Headset Rental Booth on a first-come, first-serve basis. Headsets must be returned to the Headset Rental Booth no later than 5 p.m. Sunday, April 26.  This year’s commentators are Peter Gray and Valerie Vizcarrondo Pride.

Kentucky Horse Park Grounds Admission:  Your Patron Club ticket also provides admission to the Kentucky Horse Park and the American Saddlebred Museum. This includes the Park’s Movies, Walking Farm Tour, Parade of Breeds, Hall of Champions and the International Museum of the Horse. The Horse-Drawn Tour, Carriage Rides and Riding Concession are each an additional cost.

PLEASE NOTE: The National Horse Center offices located around the parking lot are private businesses.  PUBLIC RESTROOM FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN THESE BUSINESSES.

Permanent public restrooms are located in the Rolex Stadium and in the Trade Fair area. In addition, there are portable restrooms throughout the park.
