British rider Zara Phillips, granddaughter of the Queen, will be making her debut appearance at the 2015 Kentucky Three-Day Event.

Phillips has entered High Kingdom, the horse on whom she won a Team Silver medal at the 2012 London Olympic Games and also at the 2014 FEI World Equestrian Games in Normandy, France. Phillips won Individual Gold and Team Silver medals at the 2006 World Equestrian Games in Aachen, Germany, and she was a member of the Gold Medal-winning British Event Team at the 2007 European Championship in Pratoni, Italy. She also won the 2005 European Championship title after clinching Individual and Team Gold medals on home soil at Blenheim.

Phillips joins four other British riders who will be vying for the top prize money and the coveted Rolex watch, including last year’s winner William Fox-Pitt, who has won the event three times.
