Admission to Event:  Admission ticket will be good for admission to the park and into the Kentucky Club tent.

Kentucky Club Tent Admission/Food & Beverage Service:  Saturday’s Kentucky Club Ticket provides admittance to the Kentucky Club Tent.  Staff at the entrance to the Kentucky Club Tent will scan or tear off the admission ticket. You will be fitted with a Kentucky Club wristband for that day. This wristband will provide continuous admittance to the Kentucky Club Tent and identification for bar/beverage service and lunch Saturday. Children 3 and under accompanied by a Kentucky Club ticket holder may enter the Kentucky Club Tent.

The Kentucky Club Tent is located on the Cross Country course, across the street from the Rolex Stadium behind the disabled services area. The Tent overlooks the Cross Country course with view of many Cross Country obstacles.

You may have access to the Kentucky Club Tent beginning at 8 a.m. for beverages, assorted breakfast breads (danish, muffins, scones and sliced coffee cake) and season fruit tray.  Complimentary bar/beverage service is available in the Kentucky Club Tent Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  Lunch is served in the Kentucky Club Tent from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday.

Closed-circuit televisions will be located in the Kentucky Club Tent.

DOGS:  While dogs are welcome at Rolex Kentucky, they must be kept on a leash and, with the exception of certified guide or assistance dogs, are not permitted in the Kentucky Club Tent or any of the Rolex Stadium Seats.

The Lexington Humane Society will offer a day care station where your dog will be looked after for a minimum donation of $10.00/hour or $40.00 for the day.  Dogs staying at the Lexington Humane Society station will need to have their vaccination record available to be shown to the caretakers. Don’t forget to bring toys, treats, favorite comfort item, etc. You will need a photo ID to pick up your dog (this is to ensure that no unauthorized person can pick up your dog).

There will be no special parking concessions for vehicles containing dogs, and distressed dogs will be removed from vehicles, by whatever means necessary, by the Lexington Humane Society/Event Security.  Please don’t allow dogs to foul areas in the Trade Fair, Sponsor Village or other public places.

PLEASE NOTE: The National Horse Center offices located around the parking lot are private businesses.  PUBLIC RESTROOM FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN THESE BUSINESSES.

Permanent public restrooms are located in the Rolex Stadium and in the Trade Fair area. In addition, there are portable restrooms throughout the park.
