Here are the answers to our most asked ticket questions.
“I didn’t pay the $10 shipping fee to mail my ticket and selected Print at home option, but I can’t find my email. Can you resend an email from Etix with my tickets?”
Tickets can be resent to the email used when ticket order was placed. Please go to this page (https://www.etix.com/ticket/resend) to have your tickets sent to your email. The email will come from [email protected] titled, “Thank You For Your Purchase (do not reply)”
“Do you know where my tickets are?”
All ticket ordered before April 11 have been mailed.
In past years, we mailed out all of the Kentucky Three-Day Event tickets. With our new ticket partner, Etix, the ability to print tickets at home or send to your phone is a reality. Unless our customers paid the $10 Shipping Fee, the order is available to print at home for free.
“When is the last day that you will mail tickets?”
Our last day to order tickets and have them mailed first class is April 15. April 18 is the last day to order tickets and receive them by Priority Mail.
“If I want to order any ticket including Hospitality tickets after April 18, can I order my tickets as print at home?”
Yes, print at home tickets are available for all event tickets and Hospitality Tents until the event, unless they are sold out. (Sold out tickets will not appear for sale on the website.) Parking Passes, if included with the Hospitality, will not be available to mail and will need to be picked up at the box office. Parking in the General Parking lot will be required the first day the patron arrives.
“How do I print my tickets?”
You can print your tickets from your original Etix receipt or a more recently emailed ticket receipt. (Need to have the email resent, try this link.)
Click on the blue “View Ticket(s)” (see image below) and the tickets will appear in your browser to print.
