About Carolina Guimares Buhler
After wrapping up competing in jumping and dressage in Brazil, Carolina didn't want to stay away from horses and the equestrian world. She became certified by the FEI as a level 1 jumping coach and began her career as a national jumping judge and steward 26 years ago. She holds FEI licenses in jumping (level 3), dressage (level 2), and eventing (level 2).
In 2024, Carolia toured Europe in major competitions such as Millstreet (IRL), Avenches (SUI), Strzegom (POL), all in eventing shows, and in Stockholm (SWE) in a jumping show. In previous years, she has officiated India, USA, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina.
She participated in the Rio Olympics in 2016 as an assistant steward and two Pan American Games in Peru in 2019, in Chile in 2023 and the WEG in Tryon in 2018. In her free time, she likes to ride horses on the flat work and enjoys memories of trips and friends.
