Molly Day joined Equestrian Events, Inc. (EEI) in January 2025 as Executive Director, bringing nearly a decade of experience in business development, sales management, and operational leadership in the sports and entertainment industry. Originally from the United Kingdom, Molly has a proven track record of delivering commercial success and elevating customer experiences.

Her previous roles include General Manager of Haydock Park and Carlisle Racecourses, both part of The Jockey Club, where she achieved top rankings in customer experience and significantly improved sales and operations. Molly has also contributed to organizing prestigious sporting events, including the Randox Grand National, showcasing her expertise in sponsorship sales, stakeholder management, and team leadership.



Molly holds a BA (Hons) in Festival and Events Management from Edinburgh Napier University. With her strategic vision and passion for equestrian sports, Molly is set to lead EEI into an exciting new chapter, furthering its mission to produce world-class events like the Defender Kentucky Three-Day Event and the Kentucky International CSI5*
